    Interesting.

Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters said that the D6XAAL only adds 3/4" more of rake.

    Yesterday

Swapped the dual 01-04 horns (from Jon) in place of the "meep meep" 98-00 horn. Jon took mine because he wants the juxtaposition between the look of his truck and sound of my horn.

He also gave me his blower motor for the HVAC system. Swapped it for mine.

No more rodent fighting/fucking sound coming from my dash.

To avoid any conflict, I will redo the skid plate. It's going to cost about $75 more, but it will satisfy. No fasteners will mount below the skid. A new rear strap will also be made to hang the skid. The skid will no longer use the factory mounts at all.

With my products, I am filling the niche of a lower priced product for the people looking for a deal, not the top end niche. I am not trying to beat bud built or skid row or whoever. If I sell one or 100 products, that's fine with me. I have to make some sacrifices through manufacturing processes if I want to come in with a good price. Otherwise I sell nothing. I don't know of many truck products that y'all don't modify yourselves anyway, so if you want changes, make some changes. The products I sell will work great for some, and some need to fork over the cash for the high end products.

This is all I'm going to say about this. You guys can judge my qualifications you know nothing about, my experience you know nothing about, my knowledge I guess I don't have, whatever. It doesn't bother me.

Let another day of wrenching commence!

What have I done today? Was out wd-40ing all the bolts for when my lift gets here and noticed something strange, lights dangling around my spare tire. I look at the rear bumper and notice they are my tag plates!!! Apparently some idiot didn't put em in. They went in just fine, no reasoning on why they were out. Lol.

Hope to give you guys a little laughter on this fine Sunday.
