Most refer to that as the dust cap, rather than the hub cap. That might be why there's confusion lol. Hub caps are the things you find on most cars. Lol

I'm still unsure how you made the 01-04 bumper fit on your 99 without it causing a major gap between the top of the bumper and bottom of the grille.

I tried it (granted I have a 95-97 grille on my 98) and it just didn't line up at all. At least a 3" gap when bolted up.

Installed a set of Depo brand headlight assemblies to replace the terrible UV damaged ones that were on the truck. Gotta grab some kind UV sealant next time I'm at the store to keep these ones lookin spiffy. Waiting for dark so I can see how they look since some people had negative reviews...

I can tell for sure the exact lift the aal was, but unloaded I'd have to say mine yielded about double that. But yours are more broken in I suppose. Only been on my truck for about 4 months and a handful of wheelin trips.

Moog is only $40 cheaper isn't it? Worth it to go oem IMO.

Installed my twin stick on vacation last week. Write up said it would be an hour and half but with that darn little tab plus beer it took me about 20. :anonymous:

Didn't have anything to bend the lever so I had to cut the hi-lo lever to go into 2nd or 4th. I'll have to weld it back on at a better angle and mod the stock boot to get back the look I want.

Don't mind the mess. Haven't had a chance to clean it up since Brown Mountain.

^^^Nice. I want to do that so bad but I've decided to wait till I can afford to do a crawl box and go with a triple stick kit.

Replaced the driver side diff seal (OEM) and changed the cv shaft (NAPA). Really wasn't that bad of a job. I'll do the other side tomorrow.

Be careful to not push it in too deep on the passenger side.

OEM only for LBJ!! Try ordering through camelback Toyota. I'm not sure but there might also be a tacomaworld discount.

I was planning on waiting to get the tacobox first as well but I've got to back up a trailer into a steep driveway and 2wd lo was just hard to pass up.

What triple stick are you eyeing?

First time I've had that request..;)
It should sit flush with the tube, right?
Is the passenger side seal larger than the driver side? Dealer gave me two sizes.
