No worries, we'll eventually meet up again. On a separate note, there's a wheeling open house in River Falls the last weekend in September.

And had to make up some O2 sensor bolts when I tried to replace the O2 nuts and the studs threaded out and bent all up.

How did you make the O2 bolts? I broke one and made a stud out of a bolt and took it to a muffler shop but they told me they couldn't weld it on.

Picked up some stainless steel M8-1.25 bolts from Lowe's and cut them to size using a Dremel.

    DSC_0524_zpsbe36a00a_d037657f60f37bbb8e6e3ea084a18b84aa04036b.jpg

The 3 nuts you see are actually a bolt with two nuts threaded on so I knew where to cut and then used them to chase the threads clean.

I'm going to look around for some new studs but works for now.

I got that far but how did you weld them in?

I didn't. The old studs were threaded. Just screwed them in. This might be a little different than stock since I have a Magnaflow cat-back kit installed.
