Finally decided to stop cleaning my headlights every couple months. So I cleaned them one more time and put on some 3m clear vinyl. It wasn't the best, got a couple small bubbles but I got enough left over to redo it.

    Cutting the vinyl

In my area. It is for the most part stock but the paint is one of a kind. Its bedliner, matt black stripes, and a candy red/copper upper. I have some 33" tires but im waiting on a lift to fit em. I hope someday it can compete with some of the gorgouse rigs on the site.

Thankfully I learned general construction as a kid because my dad was a contractor. Granted I'm out of practice but if I ever need any help I have him and two uncles who can lend a hand/advice if need be.

I am looking forward to getting a home and a garage/workshop I can call my own.

Nice. But I think the blue may clash with the lunar mist...

Nah, blue is the 'other' color in my build by default. King shocks and inchworm crawlbox are blue. :p

On that note... while I clean up the engine, I was gonna repaint it. Thinking of black on the main block, and blue for the valve cover.

Paint it the color of dirty engine oil so you never see a leak...

Blue represents "hybrid" so it's totally apropos.

But if you're asking my useless opinion, which you're not so I'll give it to you anyway, I'd go with a color scheme that more represents Toyota and not Chevy/Ford.

This thing is still a Toyota, right?

I'm sticking with the 3RZ for now. I already have it, and a lot of the truck has been built around that specific drivetrain setup.

I seriously thought about it for awhile, but I don't think it'd pass the stupid emissions testing here.
