I honestly can't notice a damn thing with the bpv. Pretty sure it's useless

 

huge difference when I did it. That's with stock brakes. The nose dive lessened noticeably and braking distances shortened quite a bit.

You have a small one from the factory and they don't always look like the one Jerry makes, are you sure you don't have one already? The one I had with my first revtek lift was very simple and not adjustable.

 

I don't have a BPV for the rear and have Toytec's shackles set to 2.5"... Maybe I should get one

 

I cut that rod off completely.

 

I definitely noticed a difference when I put mine on, No more nose dive and my truck stopped a lot shorter

It made quite a difference on my last truck so i went ahead and did it on this one. Haven't driven it yet today but we'll see if i feel a change on this one. My bed rarely gets loaded very heavily even when camping so worth it for me

 

When you lower the arm (that is what you are doing when you add lift to the rear) you are telling the braking system to put more braking pressure on the front calipers. This will eventually cause premature wear on the front pads and rotors unless compensated for.

Raising the arm (adding an extension bracket) made a big difference in stopping balance on my pig.
