Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
In the process of giving it a good spring detailing. Started with a good wash, now on to vacuum the interior.

Thought it would be easier to paint them not on the truck. I'm just going to scrape the paint off where the legs go (I don't know how to weld)

Well I must not have let it drain enough or maybe slightly inclined to rear? Idk. Ended up squeezin c a shit load in and then plugging it quick with plug. I estimate I got about 2.4-2.5 in.

Change in pinon angle on lifted trucks affects filling the rear diff. Park it on a slight downhill incline and then fill it up.

Same. They have 0, 0.85,1.5, and 2.5 I think. They are the same shock almost just a bit longer and bigger around. Tad bit different valving.

    But bolt in otherwise.

What are the advantages of Tundra Billies vs the Tacoma billies? I tow an inboard ski boat, so tundra brakes are already on the mod list.

Edit: I just saw your post Monte.

    heres what the document says:

Im currently on the middle 1.3" setting but im still not quite level. Will probably bump it up next month sometime. I read a thread that said these 5100s were supposed to be firmer. They feel more comfortable than the old stock ones. I don't feel AS jostled around when I hit bumps in the road. But the difference is kinda minimal imo.

Icon coil overs, Camburg UCA, 1" body lift, lots of trimming, Scion XB seats with Wet Okle covers, Alpine Head unit and amps with RF subs and Polk Momo in doors, and much more.
Looks like your coils are binding at the top.

What do you mean? there's no space between the coil loops?

That might be why I'm still not level. lol. Either way, these shocks are a temporary solution for my tire rubbing problem. I'm hoping next year to get a legit suspension upgrade.
