What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

You'll need a new ecu as well. And potentially different wiring harness.

Not really worth it unless you swap a full motor too.

I wouldn't run dual 2.5. Be retardedly loud. My single 2.5" is stupid loud at times. Plus you'd have no back preasire and stall the motor a lot I bet.

 

It's a seven color pattern. That would keep me busy for awhile. The (red)burgundy is already
my base color.

 

Just went through the car wash and my wipers came on. Had to pull the fuse to get them to stop.

 

Why would you assume that? It was sitting out for a hours in 85 degree dry sun yesterday.

Tired yesterday, gonna get the welder out because the outer rear mount really should be from a Taco for proper angle and fitment and the outer front could be bent into submission but would be more straight if it was swapped too.

 

Thats what i ran into also, im going to swap rails from my tacomas seats to the 4runners.

 

If I still had Taco seats I'd try that but it shouldn't be too messy to tack a couple mounts on in my case

 

Got a toolbox from my friend, just have to drill better holes on the toolbox



Also hit some local trails yesterday

 

I'm gonna go pick up a welder today, that way I can stop mooching off my friend's. Plus I'll be able to practice more.

 

Adjusted the ebrake cable on the 2003 with this helpful writeup. Piece of cake. The brake light would constantly come on because there was so much slack in the cable.

TRD shifter from China, I assume it's a counterfeit. Fits right, feels good, smells odd.
