    I did it like this on my 98. No glueing required, easy to pull out and change the bulb. The space was tight, but very doable.

    Nope. THe outside looks the same, but they all mount totally differently and have different pocket sizes for bulbs. All the fenders and hoods are different too.

    Cool. I've seen that idea somewhere before. I like it. FYI there is a guy that makes replica decals of the old school stripes in the original colors if you wanted to get a set of the brown/gold stripes.

    Reserected from the dead.
    If you haven't done a lot of towing, I bet they are fine. Pretty easy to check. Pull tire. Find a bolt that screws into the threads on the drum (there are 2 bolt holes), and tighten bolt to force the drum off. For some reason 12mm is in my mind, but not entirely sure.

    You can back off the star wheel in the back of the backing plate to compress the shoes, but here in Michigan its gonna be a rusted mess so one bothers with the star wheel.
