    Mine came out to $1899. :crapstorm:They used all toyota factory seals, timken bearings. And not yukon gears haha.
    The price is high I guess? But it was done by a shop that ONLY builds axles, and most of them drive yotas, they really know their stuff.

    Now I need to figure out the damn speedo...

    Thats what I had, I grew to fear hills on the freeway. Especially while loaded with "overlanding stuff". Who am I kidding, I'm a car camper.

    If you carry a lot of gear, I would say skip the 4.56 and go straight to 4.88. I am fully armored too..

    I lived in LIttle Rock for all of 2014. I got to got to Hot Spring ORV park several times. That place is pretty sweet. I had a lot of fun there.

    I think i would be good with 4.10s with my ext cab and 32s. Ive been trying to buy a tacoma parts truck off a buddy for months. Think it has 4.33s or something. Id just swap diffs and put my locker in.

    I thought you already did a 4wd swap?? must be thinking of someone else. I did one. It was easy. Getting the parts tools a couple months. But the whole swap took ~3 hrs. Btw, you do NOT need 4wd spindles... just the sh!t that gets pressed into them.

    you have to get a different rear axle its drilled differently on the locker vs non locker.
