It's not, my current swapped is hacked together from PO and I want to swap radiator supports so the headlights and grille just bolt and clip right in. If I hit a hill, ledge, bump too hard right now my grille falls into my bumper

"Young Brett" and I put in my winch, which was a real pain in the ass. If you have a relentless bumper, put your winch in first! Wish I would have done that!DSC_0002.jpg

    Head unit. That's it.

I better change that plug wire before I change the injector. Thanks for your response. Might have just saved me a bunch of time and money. RTR.

Ran out of light last night. Was thinking of putting it in the empty space on the passenger side right up against the fire wall. If not there, then in the bumper on the passenger side!

Hmmm I was thinking in the bumper too. Will the solenoid reach the firewall without extending the wires?

Have any of you guys change the ignition switch to a push button start? My ignition has been locking up. Meaning sometimes the key binds inside. So I figure since I'm going to have to replace it I might as well upgrade it with a kill switch. Any info will be appreciated.

I have done it to my Tacoma, due to an intermittant 'no start' situation. I wanted the option of taking the ignition switch out of the equation. Truck will start/crank either way, with the key, or the button (but of course, the key would still have to be in the 'ignition' position for the 'start' button to work).

Not sure what you mean by 'upgrade it with a kill switch'.

Oh sorry about that.... to clear that up. I wanted to upgrade the ignition. But also add another switch for a kill switch. Like a battery cut out or fuel cut out.

So no matter what I would still need some sort of key to be in an ignition to use a push button?

I too have the Relentless Fab bumper. Luckily I installed the winch before installing the bumper. However, the wire leads on the winch I have (X2O 10k) were pathetically short and wouldn't allow me to mount the solenoid on the firewall, or even the fenderwell for that matter. Only option was behind the bumper, or behind the grille. Ended up going behind the grill between my two PIAA 580 driving lights. Really tight fit, but more convenient to get to the wireless switch, or plug in the remote if needed.

Yep. Didn't think pulling the bumper would have been necessary to install a winch. Mine slides in and out effortlessly. Oh well, it's not going anywhere now.

There are 6 bolts on each side. Not exactly flimsy. Not the strongest though either. My main mount point is 3/8" thick now though so it's pretty damn strong now haha
