You mean the coolant hoses? The TB is a snug fit all around, for sure. I found that you should detach the coilpack #3 lead (because the connector just barely stops the TB from sliding off the two top studs), then you can rotate the TB counterclockwise toward the firewall for better access to the coolant hose clamps and breather hose. There is not much slack in those hoses. I also found that when putting it back on, do the reverse; attach the hoses and be sure to keep the clamps accessible from the front, mount the TB on the studs, then loosen the clamps and align (rotate) the hoses correctly so there is no kinking or stress on them.

Also, did you cover up the IAC opening behind the butterfly? Basically, the hole in front goes down into the IAC, then exits the IAC from the opening behind the butterfly (so it can idle when the butterfly is closed). If you didn't cover up the second one (which seems freaking hard if not impossibur), cleaner sprayed past the butterfly would flow into the IAC through the rear opening.

Yea its great cause it so fast and easy to just throw down some ideas. Makes perfect sense for fab work..i can understand tho how it wouldn't be great for machining haha

Also Jerry..are you still thinking of coming out with a shock relocation cross member kit?

I am visualizing my expo rear suspension setup and id like to set up my shocks like /\ i think as well as a few other things..but i remember you saying you might come out with a kit for that..any plans on that happening in the future??

    Yea what Eric said.

But you get a bit better flex and the shocks get utilized better so i can keep my 10'' travel shocks but still have 4-5'' of lift with the expo leafs and get more wheel travel but the shock doesn't have to travel as far.

Today I was planning on ordering suspension components but i have a hard time making decisions so possibly next week

Does anyone know if you order eibachs and billy 5100's from toy tech if they come with the struts in and coils compressed? Seems like a while back I remember reading something about it, but of course now that I'm planning to order can't find it.

So i put my rear dif back in the truck tonight!!! I waited so goddam long for parts and had to send them back and get the correct ones ). I forgot what it felt like with the 3.55 gearing. So i can't tell what improvement has been made. On a high note it took so long to get gears i saved up enough to chuck an aussie locker in the front end so untill that arrives in the mail im a proud member of the 2WD club. Im just happy to not be driving my civic everyday.:D
