What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Aren't you up near Alaska or something? Lol I imagine theft isn't prevalent there. Having a bike stolen makes take the necessary precautions when it comes to potential theft.

As a locksmith, I can tell you thieves are opportunists. They go for the easy target. Lock the door and park in a lit area if possible and you should he good for most places.

Did some wheelin this weekend. Camped 2 nights out on the trail. Some easier stuff but I did manage to find some more technical sections. Wish I got more pics of some flexing. The deavers are amazing with the icons. However, I am losing about 2 inches of down travel with the rear shock length. A awesome time for sure

Installed my CB in the pocket below the radio and picked up a used center console to fill the void between my bucket seats

 

Has it ever leaked? Granted I've wanted to put in a webasto hollandia in my DC.

 

shouldn't that lower part be touching and welded top the hub?

 

That was the best it would fit, welded eventually.

I only mention it because I just got a set of those for myself. how difficult was the it to pull all that apart and weld them on?

 

It wasn't very difficult, hardest part was finding the 35mm socket for the CV

 

Mine required some loving from a grinder and a little persuasion from a hammer
