LoL. Yeah. I have that wired to the Baja driving/spot lights. Not my idea though. Bunches of Carling switch stores had this one so I used it.

Its the OE hood man. I got some vents off Amazon/ebay (2 of them are "marine boat" vents but work the same to me), cut out holes, silicon, and carbon fiber vinyl wrapped it. Came out cool for me, I like it too.

I can help you to an extent with your turbo and am fairly knowledgeable. @MadTaco461 has one on his 2.7L. He would be better for specifics with that application.

Couple videos off of my "Chinese" Go Pro. Has WiFi, 1080p, same thing as the $500 version. But like $70, lol. So, these roads look sort of smooth from the camera but they are NOT. Rough mountain trails. You can tell by the vibration and how the hood bucks up and down. LONG TRAVEL is where it's at for me. Once I get more armor and my front clam regeared I'll be hitting some steep stuff. I'll post more videos with my in cab cameras and other shots.

    @j0shu4

Wondering how much weight you have in the rear for these vids? With my expo springs I'm pretty sure my rear end would be all over the place without a few hundred pounds ballast.

Not much weight, tool box adds some, cage, I need to mount a spare but other then that pretty stock. I only pack my camping gear or kayaks so I don't run too much back there. I do want the spare though to get more weight a traction in the far back. Im running deaver f67s. Very, super soft LT leafs.

Couple more vids. Having a little fun in that last one. Blow off valve action. Still took it easy with her as it was my first time out with the 35s and full LT suspension. Once I get the feel for the ride I'll really do some fun stuff. Still have more vids I need to sort out. One of them I got some air on. I said right after I landed that I need to put my hydro bumps on are rear limit straps before I get too wild.

Cool. Thanks. I have a set of custom Deaver expos which include a pair of overload leafs at the bottom. I think they should be pretty soft in the mid range flex before the overloads kick in.

Edit: I'm sure those 35s help A LOT though compared to my 31s :D

Dude air your tires down. Anyone could drive that fast with 35s aired down on mid travel.

I didn't get an I'll weekend so no adventures for me. Only was supposed to get the 4th off but unexpectedly got today off too. Changed the oil in Igor andfilter. Pulled Frank into the shop to begin mods for the fall wheeling

3" Toytec spacers, Bilstein 5100s in the back with add a leaf and overloads removed.
First time my truck hasn't had Toyota pads on it and they've been making noises. Took em off yesterday and modified them a little. Lol no noise so far *knocks on wood*

You make me laugh. In a good way. Only because what you posted is so true. Next time. Lol. My compressor was working. For some reason my arb wouldn't lock up. Not sure what's going on there. The toggle lights up but when I flip it the other light in the switch doesn't come on like the compressor one does. Not sure if the locker solenoid is bad or what? And my accelerator pedal literally melted off right when I left the trail. It's got a temporary fix right now. The bigger crossover on the CX headers finally penetrated the OEM fire retardant material on the firewall. As a result the heat started melting stuff. No bueno. Adding that to the beef up/fix list. Really glad it happened when it did and I Mcguyver'd it to make it home.

    Uhh...wow

Well...technically. I'm ready to roll now, other then a shit front alignment.

Projects I'm workin on are small. Other then the boost. Which after I get all the parts for will be a day's worth of work so shouldn't be bad.

Frank won't be in pieces when you come

Mocking up the roof setup. Minus the main led bar. And lowered the tent as i originally had planned

    Stuff and junk and things...

what are you doing to fuel the added boost?

I put the AEM FIC on my truck, with a pretty short learning curve to tune, it runs great. And it isn't the commodore 64 of tuning boxes.
