Yeah if you crank the coilovers you could probably get 3". But the amount of lift is not most important.

I've done a mod or two
The A340 really has a hard time getting the shift at high load and high RPM. Sounds good but lets it run away when its off torque peak.

I've owned both a 3.4 supercharged 7th injector and 4.7 V8. It's definitely not a V8 but a lot of fun to be had. Well worth the money if you're sticking with a 3.4.

True but I wanna make my front level with the back once I put a new leaf pack in. Same as putting slightly bigger tires.

More of a reason why I wanted a standard in my truck than an auto. Maybe someday I might have someone convert my truck to a manual.

Is the 3.4 with the 7th injector still slower than a Toyota V8? I did race a possible 6.2 GMC on 35s and won not by much but some.

My bad I just saw a video of the stock 3.4 acceleration. Compared to my truck this is slow. But that wouldn't be a bad idea for someone to do on here and post it on youtube (cough, cough)

Keep in mind I had a 4runner so it is heavier than t taco but I feel like my 06 4.7 Tundra could smoke my 4runner. I still have a hard time not chirping my 34" heavy tires on my Tundra.

Pulled my seats and console to deep clean while my transfer case is trashed. Did some research and ordered some floor sound deadening from https://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com

Having solid metal transmission mounts puts a lot of driveline noise in the cab, so I use earplugs on long trips. Hopefully this helps enough. Planning on spending around $80

After the shopvac I used a steam powered carpet cleaner and took a gallon of black water out from just the floor carpet. IMG_0303.jpgIMG_0304.jpg

Why is this truck so slow? It must be at a high elevation because I could dust this Tacoma with my old turd.

Same. I thought my truck was slow but it seems like it blows this one away

Your putting chassis saver over another paint? It's made to be put right over the rust. That's where it's sticks best.

    improved toyota goodness.
that guy must have got a dud... very slow.

if you let off the skinny pedal for about 1/4 sec at the shift it helps greatly on shift speed. times improve as well. that was (even for the A340) a very slow tranny.

I am not supercharged, but compared to mine that was snail like.
