How long have you had it on the truck? I don't usually trust them, they gave my brother 3 bad P/S pumps in a row for his sierra. I'm tempted to just roll the dice and get an OE one out of a truck from a junk yard.

That's what I'm leaning toward, I found a used OE pump with 130k on it for $45. think I'll take my chances. while on the topic, does anyone know who manufactures the pumps for toyota? Denso?

Found a little snow today, there's a lot more behind the Road Closed sign. But don't ask me how I know.

That's the husband's truck. I remember when we were looking for the TRD package that one salesman told us getting the "stickers" wouldn't be a big deal. Needless to say we didn't buy the truck there.

Not sure the FEM (freakin' English Mastiff) will be able to get into the truck with any kind of lift on it. He's pretty much vertically challenged and scared of his own shadow (but the sweetest dog ever) at 9 months old/130 pounds and growing.

    - Cleaned filter in power steering reservoir (fixed cold weather squeal on startup)

    - Installed new carrier barring (no more shaking at highway speed! also what I thought was warped rotors cleared up after this... not sure why this would produce pulsing when breaking, but nevertheless that's gone too!)

    - Rotated tires

    - Cleaned battery terminals

IIRC any V6 1st gens prior to 01-04 had a single cat. From what I've seen the dual cat set-up started in 01.

The 1st cat would be in place of the header downpipe. dont quote me but i believe there were pre 01s with 2 cats to meet California's emmissions
