Not sure if was already mentioned or if you already knew or if you can afford a few days down time with your taco, but there are a few companies that will rebuild your OEM injectors. Send them in and it's usually a 24 hour turn around too. Keep your OEM quality and then rebuilt by a specialty shop. Just a thought.

Anybody know the part numbers on the U-Joints and Carrier Bearing for the 98 V6 5spd non-TRD?

I'm guessing I need 4 04371-60070 U Joints for the main drive line and the 4wd drive shaft.
Is the 37230-35130 "Center Bearing" the same as a carrier bearing?

Anything else I should change while I'm in there?

anyone on here converted their 4wd rear driveshaft to a one-piece unit to get rid of the carrier bearing and double cardan joint? wondering how much of a loss of clearance there is and to hear any experiences for other pro's and con's. my rear slip joint clunks pretty bad and the carrier bearing is also getting worn, might be more economical to replace the entire driveshaft with a custom one rather than all the associaqted toyota parts?

Huh, that would've either too I guess. I've got the ability to have it down for some time, but the eBay injectors look OEM. Same brand anyway and only 86 for all 6. Maybe I'll rebuild the originals and resell if it's feasible. Thanks.

In all honesty, not too bad. One tip that I missed or just got wrong is to disconnect both tie rods. I just started on one side and couldn't move the steering rack enough to remove the back cam bolt and adjuster, so they got cut out. Which suuuucked. But, when I moved to the other side, I had not yet reconnect the previous tie rod which made the whole job much simpler. Nothing had to get cut, and I now have 3 bolts and adjusters which should clean up just fine should I ever need a spare.

As far as removing the bushings, it's very straightforward. YouTube it. There were no surprises or uh-oh moments even though they were in fact completely seized.

Been seeing people cut of there sway bar on here. I have been contemplating on doing this. Someone commented that's it's not a good idea to do this with stock suspension. I'm running an old man emu set up. Am I OK to go ahead and do this? And would anyone chime in on pros and cons of doing this. Cheers
