By far the worst part of the job. I bought chisel tips for an air chisel that you need to get the angle right. Pita. The urethane glue is tough shit.

Finally hit 200k. Who knows how many miles are actually on this thing since it's had oversized tires and such since the early 2000's. Hopefully many more miles to come. (Check engine light on for CAT)

Is there support by the tire when closed? Are the end mounts enough? Just curious.

Well my girlfriend did take some while I was driving but I managed to get to a stop while I was still at it. So I figured I'd be the odd one out and be safe haha

I've done a mod or two
My thoughts too. I was thinking a rigid support to the frame better be tied in back there.

It looks fairly easy to use... based on the multiple times I watched someone use it ha. I went through 4 windshields in my '14 Silverado in under 2 years. Design flaw caused major stress on it. But I hadn't ever thought of doing my own windshield.

Can I get some pics of coil over reservoir mounting locations? I have the 90 degree mount on my reservoirs and the short hose. Didn't ask for it, should've specified but now I have to roll with what I have. So what's the best set up? Ideas and pics are great!

Here are the ones I used. I've abused mine pretty hard and they continue to hold up.

If your bellows aren't torn, no need to replace them. But new ones are available too.
