Installed LCE long tube header Monday and noticed cylinder one on the old header is black. I'm assuming this is caused from a rich condition? Is this something to be concerned about. New to messing with motors but I have plans to do a compression test and leak down test soon.

It does add some power. I usually would have to downshift to 3rd on my commute to work but made it the whole way in 4th today and on a slight hill I can now accelerate in 4th when before I could only hold 60mph.

Lol I don't run color changing halos on my truck anymore. He didn't even have those wired up. I'm just saying he threw away top quality projectors

That way you can prove your subjective analysis of the state of a vehicle nobody cares about?

We're all holding our breath in anticipation.

Oh you don't understand you are dealing with internet experts. They can tell from your photo things that you can't even see in person. You used to own the truck? So what, I can see 1/4 of the truck in a photo, I can clearly tell it has had routine fluid changes, runs perfect, no mold or smells, etc etc etc

Yea but he paid big money for the truck. It's no big deal. Just sucks seeing the truck not being taken care of. Lots of stuff wrong that a picture doesn't show

Found some time to install these little plastic clutch pedal pivot bushings I came across a few years ago while exploring parts diagrams. Pretty easy to swap out. The old ones were still in tact. Can't really tell any difference with new ones in.

Were you trying to get rid of the annoying clutch pedal squeak?
