    I believe so...Ward @Cruiser Brothers didnt mention a different axle being needed for the rear, @Blackdawg mentioned you might need a different axle for the rear. Only reason I didnt get the rear was cause i already have one with the stock elocker. And I didnt have the extra 1200 or so to purchase it. If I need a new axle then glad I didn't Ward or @Blackdawg can explain better than I...i was sold on the fail safe of the harrop. No airlines, no little motor to fail, or gears to bind together, just push the button and activate the electromagnet

    The Harrop rear Elocker is for the OEM Open diff/axle in our tacomas ONLY. It is more well known on here as the 8.4'' diff vs the 8'' of the Elocker our trucks come with. (they are still both 8'' ring gears fyi..just a weird name thing)

    So i you don't have an elocker from the factory, the ARB and Harrop are good choices.

    Drop bracket lift and booger welds
    The harrops sound so damn appealing but would cost me an extra $800 over the life of my truck for something that only gets used in really bad situations and can even potentially make a situation worse if abused/used improperly. One day on my next build maybe.

    Yea i brought that up to them that the cost difference..is rather big. They say that it gets offset because you don't need OBA...

    But then i pointed out you can run ARBs cheaply and more reliably than an air compressor with small CO2 bottles. And you need OBA anyways so more people see that as a good investment....

    Maybe some day they will come down a bit. But until then, i don't see a lot of people going for them over ARBs really..

    Not to mention ARB is running the promo right now that gives you a cksa12 or ckma12 with the purchase of one or two lockers respectively. I'll be ordering my diffs before the promo ends April 30th to take advantage of it.

    Sounds like Harrop has now one upped ARB. Competition is a good thing. With the ARB compressors, can you run tools? Or is it really only good for airing up tires? (and engaging the locker, of course)

    the larger dual compressor is supposed to be able to run air tools..but i've never done it. Nor own one. The medium one won't without a large air tank. Small one is for lockers only.

    Anyone have experience with the power stop rotors and pads, but their entry level stuff? Or know anything about that line? Rockauto has a kit from them with standard rotors and ceramic pads for under 90 bucks shipped to my door. Seems almost too good of a price for decent quality components.

    I think the Harrop is more my cup of tea, if I ever want to dump 1500 bucks into a locker.

    Well, this kit on Amazon is 120 bucks and the reviews are almost all good, except in cases where folks had fitment issues. At the same time I found that they are manufactured in China. Not necessarily a bad thing, but makes me a lil leary. I don't care about the drilled or slotted aspect. That's just a low price for supposedly good rotors and pads. Ebay has brembo rotors and pads for like 130 bucks or so. I don't believe brembo has anything manufactured in China, do they? Anyone bought the Brembo kit and saw where the country of origin was on the boxes?

    I think they have value. I've considered having another set to weld on a gusset kit and maybe new wheel bearings and then replace the stock one. All in the name of minimizing down time.

    Why are you taking them off?
