    technically they "should" be 14'' free height. So just under 2'' preload of spring. which isn't terrible really. Wouldn't want too much more or you'd block the coils at bump. Assuming they used the 14'' coils..which i doubt they used 12s and can't fit a 16''.

    Alright so I'm taking the shell of temporarily till I fix the rack situation. I'm thinking about mounting bed bars on the back so I can use my rtt would the AllPro bed bars work?

    Never post welding pictures online. Someone always knows better than you and is willing to critique.


    That being said, flap disking that stuff down to shiny metal would help you out a lot.

    Look like they would. If they attach to the bed rails, just use though. Pretty much what im running.

    I know.. blame it on the welder.. but I've been having trouble with inconsistent feed. Once I got that sorted out things started looking better. I've been mostly using a wire wheel but I will start using the flap disk to get all the way through the mill scale.
