Yup, I'm slowly thinking through execution of it, but I've wanted to put some sort of organizer back there to take up the rest of the space, that way my junk pit can be orderly: camera, recovery gear, snacks/food, lots of misc stuff. Some kinda shelving maybe, however I don't want to limit what i can put back there either.

Greases the Tacoma driveshaft. Doesn't take all that long but so many nipples to look for in a 4x4.

I was just eating some crunchy cheddar cheetos as I read this lol

Anyone have any good tips for removing / installing a flywheel and clutch?

I've got 61 ft-lbs for the flywheel bolts w/ red loctite and 14 ft lbs for the pressure plate as per LCE's installation instructions. I'm thinking about putting a breaker bar on the crank bolt and having it hit the ground so the crank can't turn since the engine is out of the truck and sitting on a pallet. I have a ratchet strap that I can use to keep the engine from moving / tipping over. Clutch and flywheel are brand new from LCE...

I'm thinking I'll be able to zip the old bolts off with my 1/2 dewalt cordless impact?

Got a new rear main seal and pilot bearing.

    Thanks. :)

Dayum. I drove solo from az to mi once(in a vw passat tho), 2000 miles or so. Longest ive ever driven and only my second road trip out of state. Took me 2 nights/3 days. Slept in the car(barely). Made me feel good tho because it was after I had done a lot of repairs to that car and zero issues. I was anxious the entire drive tho. Ha. Kept thinking something would go wrong. As it was only the second time ive done any "major" work to a vehicle( timing belt and complete coolant system replacement, among other repairs/fixes).

This is great info, thanks guys! I think the 51 will be perfect for me then. The 65 looks huge and I don't think I can deal with something that size. @jubei do you take the seat out to get it in or out?

    Stuff. Also things.
I can get it past the passenger seat easily. For some goofy reason, I can't on the driver side.

Once I get a platform made for it, it will basically live back there, though.

ETA: I'm running the 51, and it's been great!

Nah, it was a nightmare when it was empty. Honestly Toyotas are basically just automotive lego compared to some of the old Nissans and Jeeps I've worked on. Hardest part will be cutting the hole for the clutch MC.
