That was I figured I would do, or I was thinking using a plastic spacer and cut it at like a 30 degree angle

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

The dude in the brown truck stopped by today. Brought me another part for my 4x4 swap.

Add this one to the list of times my wife has been disappointed in me, when the brown truck arrives announced. :notsure:

Take it from an old-timer, it is much easier to work on these vehicles, compared to the old days. You can find a video for most any repair job, plus you have these forums to ask questions, and read about how others have done things.

    So here’s my problem,
My kings are in need of a rebuild, desperately. I don’t dare attempt to do it myself, just don’t dare for some reason. Thinking about seeing if a local shop can rebuild them or know someone’s that can.

So just Incase I need to ship them somewhere should I buy some cheaper shocks like Billy’s or just buy some blocks for the stock shocks I still have?

This sent up would be very temporary.

That could just be your antenna. But glad it works.

And yeah you'll have to ship them anywhere unless you do them yourself. A bike shop might do them but idk if they would do a trucks. Have to set the IFP right.

Has anyone had their driveshaft shortened? How much should I be expecting to pay?

I'm trying to figure out if I should buy a new driveshaft or just shorten my PreRunner one to fit the transfer case.

I'm curious as to what would be cheaper or better.

Can be anywhere from 200-600 a drive shaft depending on the drive shaft.

Damn... I might just have to buy an OEM shaft then.

    Stuff and junk and things...
I can get your shocks knocked out but there is a guy in UT that does rebuilds and revalving. You would save 2-3 days shipping each direction. PM me if your still interested.

I mean look to see if there is a local drive shaft shop. Could be a 100 bucks as you're doing just one shaft.
