Well, at least it wont be too high. Should be able to make that work as a temp solution.

 

depends on if they are coil spacers or top plate spacers.

A week ago, we headed to The Maze with @m3bassman and @Speedytech7 for what would be another "too-short-but-better-than-staying-at-home" trip.

Yeah the only really good options I've seen are Krown and spraying bar and chain oil. But neither will have 100% coverage (our frames rust from the inside out) and the east coast's road crews just douche the ever living shit out of the place making anything, even well coated things, rust to hell. The worst is when the brine gets behind the coating and the coating accelerates the process :/

 

Yea at that point tear the truck down to the frame. Box it up and seal every hole you can. Or build a aluminum frame but that's expensive

 

Or just move to a place where people haven't given up on the idea of keeping a vehicle past 5 years.

 

Hmm........ Well If I do move it'll probably be around Montana or something. I'm a cold dwelling person lol I need snow I can't stand to see grass 365 days a year lol

 

I hear yah, I like dramatic seasons as well. Lower population helps keep the road crews from going nutso.
