Yes. That’s when I got back and tore the thing apart and changed the rad and added a trans cooler I almost forgot that was all after Moab, so it got drained as much as it could have

 

Built an antenna mount and set up the cb. Install was pretty simple, just glad the coax cable was able to fit in the trim.

Still hate electrical work

 

anyone in need of ‘03 headlight lens or guts or passenger side mounting/adjustors? The lens are pretty clouded up - I replaced the DS as the adjustors were smashed when I rebuilt the frontend, then bought a new one for the PS.

I’m gonna toss otherwise, just pay shipping.

were you able to get rest of bolt out? with t stat housing and alt off i can probably get at pretty good

Not certain how I came up with this idea but it worked remarkably well - only 1 tiny curse trying to pull the wrench out of the rubber.

Snipped the zipps on the inserted side, added 4 zipps to the left side & bam - done.

Mounted my 3 inch nerf bars today.

 

It wasn't the cleaning she deserves, but it was the cleaning she needed.

 

Reinstalled my grill and new side marker lights. I realize now that my grill is pretty tore up from rock chips and 14 years worth of use

So was all ready to start my OME kit install and went to pull the truck out of the garage this morning - had some wheel 'drag' almost like the parking brake was engaged. set it and released it a couple of times. all seemed a bit better - was backing up and then heard some serious squealing when braking. Called up AAA and had them tow it in. Well guess I'm going to have this done... today

Yep... I have the same set up. Everyone kept telling me that it couldn't be rebuilt and that I had to buy a whole new driveshaft.

I ended up taking it to 4wheel parts and they did it for me.

 

Purchased all the paint and materials for a Satoshi grill mod.
