Maybe you'll see what was causing it when you take off the head - before you do, you could still do a leak down test couldn't you?

I've done a mod or two
With a bad HG or head it could be pretty misleading but if the cyl walls look good I wouldn't worry

I’ve got a B03A rear with elocker. Can I use a rear end housing that doesn’t have an elocker 3rd member and simply swap out my current 3rd and axles? (Replacing all seals of course). Any info is appreciated. 2004 Tacoma XtraCab, 5 speed, 3.4

I was thinking a couple days ago I should subcontract as a junkyard gopher on the East Coast since it looks like he’s cleared the state of California of Cadillac horns.

There are plenty of bone yards with caddy horns in the southwest tho.

If you find any junkyard in NC that has Tacomas in it, well that would be awesome. Only Toyota specialty junk yard is Toyz Unlimited in Liberty, but they cater more to the Supra/ super old Toyota car stuff.

I want to scour junkyards for some 4Runner seats but there’s no point.

I think I’ve got as much chance of finding an NSX in a N.C. junkyard as a 4Runner or Tacoma.

I found my runner seats in a junkyard, they were moldy but I cleaned em up real nice in a couple days.
