What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

that is a horrid tundra.

I'll stick to the tacoma.

Which Tundra are we talking about, I don't see one on here lol. But yeah the new Tundras are too bloated for my taste, just like most any full-size and mid-size truck out there right now except for the Taco.

Are you replacing with poly bushings?

 

Successfully figured out the sewer pipe washer reservoir for my truck. All installed and working now.









Frees up a ton of room on the passenger fenderwell so I can mount my air compressor there.

 

Installed some ditch lights

 

He just dragged it thru a 4wheel parts store...too much crap on it.

 

Ordered LBJ's from gunny. Got some 881 springs to install once I get all the parts together.

 

Nice, you'll like the 881s. I had them before my Kings and I actually thing they rode better lol. On the street that is. Probably because their weight rating was better suited to how my truck is now, once I get a bumper on these Kings it'll ride better.

 

Cool, I've been going back and forth forth on weather to put them on. It rides good with stock springs and 5100's. But fresh springs will be better.

Right here, just scroll down a little bit on that post. I Tried that route first and it wasn't working in my truck so I swapped it up some and mounted the reservoir on the drivers side since there is a ton of free space there. This also allowed me to be able to drop the reservoir in from the top and secure it to the fan shroud.

 

@Reh5108 yep, energy suspension bushings came in today. I’ll swap them in tomorrow

 

I had mine all set up but it was hitting my RAT skid. I ended up going with an old bottle that I found laying around. fit in between the front of the truck and the airbox.
