I just ordered some powerstop brake calipers to stop my heavy tires my stock caliper just wasn’t doing it for me then found out my air box broke so I ordered a k&n cold air intake that’s about it also put a sick sticker on the side of my truck.

Anyone know of a way to figure out the gear ratio on a front diff without opening it and counting the teeth?

He doesn’t know what truck it came out of.

Found a bit of oil under my truck. Have also started smelling some burning oil the last few days. My valve covers have been weeping for a while now even after periodically tightening them. Probably about time to replace the gaskets unfortunately.

can shove an axle into it and then spin it and count. If it takes about 4.1 turns to spin the cv once its a 4.1. Be tricky to know if its a 4.3 or 4.1 though.

I'm not sure how else to say this so I'll just say it....nice rack

    Did it require drilling?

No drilling for me... I had a dealer installed roof rack to mount it to (that rack is riv-nutted) to the roof. The basket clamps to the roof rack.

Disclaimer... This rack is not intended to carry much weight. Rifles in the Pelican and probably lightweight items like clothes etc.

It's not a Prinsu... But for 60 bucks off Facebook Market place (brand new in box) I'm happy.

It looks good! Even better that it didn't require drilling...my Smittybilt rack required drilling holes in the roof and 2 years later I wish I had gone another route, but oh well. I wouldn't want to put much weight on a roof rack anyway, they're best for lightweight cargo and accessories.

Best thing is... I've already driven it at highway speed with the rack.....

And... Not ANY noise or whistling what-so-ever

Awesome, I got some wind noise with mine but it doesn't have the wind deflector like yours does. Mine had a pretty dramatic effect on my highway MPGs though, but I think that has more to do with the 4 round forward facing LED lights I have on the front of it.
