    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

I tell you what... That dude with the grey 2nd Gen is about this coolest damn dude you're ever gunna meet. And he's got a set of chrome plated lead balls. He has certainly impressed me with where he's willing to put that truck. Dude did Death Valley (including Gohler Wash and Lippencot Pass) in that truck... stock height, stock tires. Then a few weekends ago, did Niagara on stock tires with 2 inch lift... And he never even seems like he's even nervous.

I'll ride and die with @Blue Canary on the trail with me.

Dude, plan a trip up here. You're welcome to run with us any time. (A buddy of mine is Stationed at Coronado, and he made 3 or 4 weekend runs, up here, to hunt with me last year... It's a bit of a drive, but it's doable)

Now you're making me blush. ;) I almost needed some clean drawers after that last run and I was surprisingly mentally tired. The only thing that I'm nervous about is my lack of skids. Going to fix that after this little vacation. I'm a firm believer that the truck in stock condition is plenty capable. The extra clearance has helped a bunch. I don't think I hit anything underneath on this last trip. The way I see it I'll keep trying stuff until I can't get past something and then figure out what I need to change. I get a semi-chub pretty much every time I get to go play. :taco:

So long as the LED bulbs are shielded and properly aligned, you shouldn’t have issues blinding other drivers.

Not a lot of people bother to worry about that unfortunetely especially since the market is flooded with cheap led bulbs that cater to the highschool kid crowd who just want to led all the things.

4WD? Had a similar issue, felt under drivers foot. Was excessive play with the driver side CV axle needle bearings. Replaced with East Coast Gear Supply bushing. No more issues.

Not to mention dumb high school kids probably think it's funny to blind people with their head lights.

Back east squatted trucks are real popular with the highschool crowd. Like 5 or 6" squats on 2500 series trucks. Aims the lights straight into the eyes of oncoming drivers. Should be illegal to squat a truck past a certain point imo.

I get it for the actual race trucks, as it does serve a purpose, but most of those guys arent gonna be driving on pavement anyhow. Squatting a 20 year old work truck and putting wheels on it that are worth 3x as much as the truck makes no sense to me.

Glad I was the kid at school that had the pristine 92 Toyota 4x4. Had lots of offers to buy it, all got shot down.

I was the kid in high school that spent $3500 on a racing bike instead of a vehicle... and made my friends drive me around.

My truck was still my dads, just loaned to me to use to go to school and work. I couldve had my own car but I spent all my money on firearms and competitive shooting stuff.
