made some local inquiries on keeping the pig looking porkly after the weekends forest encounter and fckMeFck its gonna costa biggie

 

Some interior pieces will also fit with a little modification. I have 4Runner mirrors/switch, seats and the climate control backing plate.

I'm pretty sure a few folks have also run the door panels, interior lights and window switches/motors.

 

i can ask my nephew to help but that still leaves me 2 guys short on this deserted island here

if i go out of state I will be shut down for probably a week or so?

 

I'm not a big fan of the chrome mirrors. I pulled mirrors from wrecked 4Runners, then sanded and painted black.

 

I do know of at least one Tacoma with a 4runner dash and all.

 

did you play around much with those while you had it?

I adjusted mine a 'few' times over the decades, but only a 'few'

these look to be of better quality than OEM ones?

 

Honestly they are, super thick compared to the OEM’s

Yup, fasteners included

 

Ah for example I need a front diff for a 2004 if the list was there I could look at it and it might say 2003 to 2006 4Runner or any other Toyota models that would work. The master list! Maybe a compatible Buuuuut section. I think I just like saying 4RUNNER though.

 

3rd gen 4runners, 1st gen tundras, 1st gen sequoias all have front diffs that'll work. but dont forget you need the right gear ratio. you aint going to find a master list unless someone has no life... its a not a small list

As stated, most the drive train is all the same.

A lot of parts are the same...but a lot are just ever so different too. A lot of major components are the same though.

 

You're referring to 3rd gen 4runners only...correct?

 

yes and no.

4th gen runners like 2nd gens share the same diffs. Not much else with us but same thing with 2nd gen compatibility and 4th gen 4runners.


For the sake of 1st gens yes only 3rd gen 4runners, 1st gen tundras and sequoias share parts with us.
