    Speedy uses the stock pump with the 7th. I wish I tried that at first. The Walbro is garbage so I swapped to Deatchwerks. It’s fine but my fuel trims get higher when I get below half a tank for some reason.

    And @1997tacomav6 youre running larger injectors? I didn’t think that was possible without something to map them.

    Not sure what brand sliders they are since they were a junkyard find. I just hacked em off a rolled tacoma. I got the Trail Gear mounts for them and they come with the lil triangle gussets which i will use. The welder I'm not sure about since I've never used it. It just collects dust in the shop lol

    Yeah it turns white or something if its not top coated. I think even rattle canning over it with rustoleum is good enough.

    I like Rustoleums products. Easy to obtain, easy to use, lasts a long time. Self etching primer for bare steel, or rust converting primer for painted/rusty metal. Then topcoat with their 2X Semi gloss black, rattle can or brush. Wait a day then fluid film.

    no its a flat appearance. shit holds up amazing though. its literally stainless steel with a urethane or w/e. its held up under my corolla in the spots ive sprayed for the past 5 years of road salt abuse

    Drums should drag a bit. Should only do one rotation after spinning it by hand.

    The fact your brake isn't working as much means the one that's not dragging much isn't being engaged. Adjust it tighter.

    that sentence hurt my head... sounds like maybe one drum is adjusted a little to tight and the other is loose if i read that right

    There’s a star wheel you can get to from the back. The long rubber plug at the top of the backing plate. To loosen the other side you’ll have to take the drum off to turn the star wheel the other way. It has a mechanism to prevent it from being loosened without holding the piece out of the way

    Goal is equal amount of very slight drag on both sides

    On the inside of the axle. On the back plate you'll see a small rubber rectangle. Pop it out. You'll see a toothed wheel and if you turn it as it wants to go that tighter. You'll need a screw driver to lift the lock tab to turn it the other way to loose it.

    I wouldn't do it with the drum off. Can't get the drum on if the pads are set right.

    Depends on the ridge. I usually take em off. Run it in if it’s tight. Then throw it back on to adjust from the back
