    Installed the BPV relocation bracket. I've been driving around with Dakars in the rear for almost a year with the BPV at stock height. Was hoping to get some more braking out of the drums but I can't say that I really notice a difference.

    No idea about the ford stuff.

    Id just do a 5.3L LS. If you get an L33 aluminum block one it won't even weigh that much more than your V6.

    I don't think there kit works with the front diff. There's hardly any room to squeeze an exhaust pipe between that and the steering shaft. I liked how the guy who did the ls turbo swap on YouTube relocated the rag joint.

    youd have to use shorter headers. And either do something custom or flip them and do a front side crossover.

    Sump has to be dry or can do a custom front sump to make it work.

    Engine swaps are never simple. Ever.

    Well, my bud and I have been talking this subject up for a while as the 3.4l is super reliable but a slug.
    I have been interested in SAS and V8 swap as since you are in there and melting metal, might as well go for the WHOLE ENCHILADA!

    He has new found interest in a V8 swap as in WA, smog certs go away 01/01/2020.

    That seems like a terrible place to have that intercooler. If you're turning to the left the tire is going to grab and throw crap all over that. That's going to need a guard over it.
