I found a barely used one for a good price... although the next 6’ one that pops up is going on my Dad’s 2005.

I did an ABS delete in Igor's build thread. But honestly, just pull the fuse and be done with it. Especially if you decide to have it back again.

Here is my double cab with the coilovers(Kings) at 0". The drive side I think had 1-2 more threads to make up for the Taco lean

And agree about 550 coils for the single cab.

Can someone take a pick of the parking brake switch, there should be a plastic cover on the arm. I'm trying to see what it looks like as mine broke. Thanks

Ha, it most certainly looks that way. Did you ever fix it? What was the issue?

So either there is no plastic cover on the part that contacts the switch or every picture I've seen has one broken. Well I guess I've got to figure where the shards of 20 year old plastic came from, or just forget I broke something.

For what it's worth. Mine doesn't have a plastic cover on that part either.
These e-brakes are pretty temperamental. When I go offroading, the light will come on and off. Assuming from the switch just being real finicky beneath the dash.

Or your fluid is low. I had this happening to me. I flushed the old fluid and filled to max. Hasn’t happened again.

That sucks. I've been chasing some issues with my brakes as well, no fun.

That bushing is gone. Fixed it before I did my swap. I could've sworn I knocked to e brake when it fell off. It's white, I looked around a bit more today and don't see anything obvious. For all I know it was just some crap I tracked in there.

Machined a switch bracket today out of some acetal I had laying around. Laser cut the blanks out so I'm guessing the switches are a bit out of square. I could've cut it out of the sheet metal in about 15 minutes but figured I wanted chips everywhere, my life to be just a bit more difficult and most importantly not have to deal with paint.

And yes total mall crawler, I'll probably never use the front or break everything if I do. But why not....
