That’s basically mine. Changes with wheel speed, much louder at slow speeds but def doesn’t sound like dust shield rubbing.

Mine does that. I've been ignoring it since it hasn't gotten worse. Waiting for the wheel to fall off.

For the oh so lovely public roads of Tucson (pothole ridden) the bumpstops/coilovers do help on those hard sudden hits. I guess it depends on what kind of "jarring" hits you're facing. The pothole/speed bump ones were definitely softened by upgrading the hockey puck-esque stock bumpstops. If you're coming from worn out stock parts store shocks then Kings/Icon/Fox/ADS will feel like gently gliding on a cloud over them.

Same, but the grinding is getting louder. Especially when I turn left.

Anyone have suggestions on replacement fenders? I crushed mine on a trail, knocked it mostly straight but it's right at the front corner and can't get it just right for the headlight. I've looked at local wreckers but they're wanting much more than aftermarket

He'll only be ok somewhere like Arizona. But I'm sure he'll find something else to obsess about.

Yeah I crushed mine as well on a trail almost exactly a year ago. Crushed it way beyond beating it back into shape lol.

To be honest I'm not all that happy with the one I bought but it got the job done. It doesn't fit as well as OEM, the gap where it meets the hood is noticeably wider than on the other side as well as where it meets the headlight. But every review I read on aftermarket fenders mentioned that was an issue.

I would recommend getting a CAPA certified aftermarket fender off Rockauto. Capa certified parts are what body shops go with when they use aftermarket body parts. The fitment is likely going to be best second only to OEM.

I'm keeping my eyes peeled still for a used OEM radiant red driver fender that I can put on eventually

But seriously, wait until spring, and do as good as you can. In the end it's just a truck. Your only other option to get it perfect is either pull the frame and refinish or get another frame and refinish and swap it in. Neither of which makes sense at this point.
