    Can anyone recommend a decent automotive battery tester?

    I'm thinking on spending around $50 on it, but I'm not married to that number. I know auto parts stores will test batteries free, but it's a pain in the ass. I'd rather be able to do it myself.

    The main thing I would use it for is my school bus RV, big truck size starting battery, and three deep cycle batteries. I ran the starting battery pretty low last fall. I have a solar charging system that keeps them topped off, and it reads full, but I'm speculative. I don't want to take it into the back country and not be able to start it to come home.
