Made a pilgrimage to Moab, did half of fins n things, got a few pics but none on actual obstacles. Went to pink coral dunes before that and had a blast cruising around. Was told by the attendant that a few jeeps had gotten stuck in the sand that day and the ranger had to pull them out so I just aired way down on my bald 31s20200725_154340.jpg

ES is really great with helping to figure out what you need particular to your truck or the problems you're having with the bushings. They'll look up the VIN, you can email them pics & when they say they're going to get back to you, they really do. On my second round of issues, unbeknownst to me, the rep looked up & read through my ongoing "short story long Kristi" saga on TW & was able to figure out what must have happened & even though it was not due to an ES defect, they replaced the mounts.
I still had to make some adjustments by using neoprine washers, but that was because the "mechanic" caused some damage to the cab where the right position 3 bushing is. (Don't get me started....)....
Anywho, as I have repeatedly reminded myself.... out loud.... on here.... when said bushings are brought up, in a way he did me a fave cuz that was what kicked off the "I do it myself"s & now I have a practically brand new '01 Tacoma that I did myself with a little hands on help with a couple things & lots of advice/input/at'a girl's from TW folks....

Oh, & the bushings are great.... I absolutely do not regret having chosen ES over stock.... (not a stock hater.... just making that clear....)
Totally understandable though if they don't fit your truck, however since you paid ES for them & they don't fit, it's worth a shot to see if they'll make it right either by getting you ones that fit or refunding some money.... my 4 cents....

Sounds to me like you possibly just need the same size in position 3 as you have in 2....

Drill and tap. I had the super charger completely disassembled. I Smoothed the casting lines off the runners also while it was apart.

I placed it inside the cabin and is actually perfect for daily driving. Due to the wide angle, it completely removes the blind spots and actually mimics the rear view to near perfection. You can see the different views one can play with. Front, rear, front/rear, completely off.

If you have the 1st gen supercharger you can
use the casting screw hole in back,
I used a glowshift dual temperature gauge that gives you both temperatures before and after for the supercharger and put it in the clock location

This looks like an excellent idea! I have been thinking about this for a while just can't decide what model is best. What model did you purchase and how do you like it so far?

I just don't even have space for shit anymore in the bay. It's tight in there if you have ABS and the evap shit up front.

Did you do this because big tires ride better? :crapstorm:

Been trying to wrap this up before the baby comes. These clamps are awesome but for pieces like this, it's very easy to tack the clamp accidentally.

Yeah this looks like a good solution. Do you have a link to this model?
Does the mirror mount over the stock mirror or replace it entirely?

There is a ton of them on Amazon. The usual clones ranging in price from $70-$150 with obscure brand names.

Yeah it’s hard to know which ones are decent and which are crap without some direct feedback.
It seems like they’re all “clones”, but clones of what? Are there any good name brands that offer a full-time camera system?

So, another question. Are these like the energy suspension (no outer sleeve), but just a different bushing material (that might last longer)?
