They aren't 3/16'' but they aren't nothing either. They work just fine to get all mangled up and protect shit for the most part.

Took my topper off for some maintenance and cleaning. Never had it off with the lift and tires before. Kind of digging the look now.

 

I bought it. Also detailed it and started ripping stuff apart.

Edit- I’m doing a facelift to 2004 front- should I do chrome or black grille
