Haven't done it yet but found a Lund 90085 snap tonneau on ebay for $169 with a messed up box. Who cares about the box?

Put in an offer for $150 and got it. Score!

Cheapest I can get it through work is $290 and my local truck place can do them for $250 installed. Sounds like a good deal to me!

Now if I get my weather techs and side steps happen to be under the tree in a few days...

It was a busy morning I did the trailer harness relocate, the locker mod and I cleaned up some of the wires from my ipod ,scan guage and phone mount. The rear locker mod was this method http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/61...ternative.html It was very easy, I just need to test it now.

 

Took it down some trails yesterday along with the wife in her Jeep then stopped to shoot a little bit.

 

Replaced the front windshield because some jackass thought it was cute to shoot my windshield with a bb/pellet gun and other cars in our neighborhood.

 

Put a new outer tie rod end of the right front and put Hawk brake pads on the front end

 

Derped my front emblem ... Prolly will rip it off and paint it in spring for a flatter black look

 

Long overdue bath after a trip to TN and 3 snow "events".

 

Got all the cables I needed to complete my radio swap...



Installed harness to get the backup camera image on the radio, in addition to the rearview mirror and also on demand using a switch.





Mounted my Flyzeye console lights



... and washed it.

 

Where did you get the phone mount

 

Its a hack of a Pro-fit which I bought and a RAM X-Grip mount that I had laying around.

 

Thanks I like that location better than my windsheild mount

 

Gave it a good cleaning, and installed my new Exomount cd slot phone mount.
Looks like a winner so far.

 

well took advantage of a 70 degree day in mid Atlantic and got a quick wash done.. 3 cheers for global warming.

 

changed the spark plugs for the first time (45k, I now realize 30-35k is preferred haha, but the biggest gap on the used plug was like .054, i gapped all the new ones at .041). Also got the front calipers painted. So glad it was 65+ in TN in DEC. All in all, a successful day.

Thanks Chris4x4 for the spark plug write up, first time and took less than 2 hours.
