How did you get the airbag stickers off? Heat gun? I have been picking at them but concerned that they won't come off clean so I havent really got after it?

    Same here! Happy Holidays.

Anyone have recommendations on bed covers? Thinking of going with either Bak Folding Hardtop or Extang folding Canvas. I live up in NY & get snow. But more than anything I need something that folds for when I carry tall objects.

Merry Christmas to my truck, today she gets a thorough detailing, I never got a chance to detail her after my NW run back in Oct, I just went right back to work, got some new scratches I want to scope out and detail the interior.

Been through the bed covers, they leaked and fell apart and got in the way, I am going to buy a softopper or bestop now. Do a search on them they seem to be the best solution IMO.

I just used a hair dryer. Heat them up, start at a corner, add more heat to that corner and peel them off slowly while keeping the section you are pulling hot.

It takes a little work, about 30 minutes a side. I used lighter fluid to clean up after the sticker was removed. I've used goo-gone in the past but the lighter fluid worked better.

For some reason my drivers side was one of the hardest I've ever removed, not sure why. I've done this to about a dozen vehicles. You will see a light patch where the sticker was but that will disappear after a couple of months.

Some guys do this sticker removal with a wet towel and an iron. I've never tried that method, it might be easier. I just stick with what I know works. You can search for that method on this forum if you want to give it a try.

gonna scratch off easier than I thought. I think I bought some of the older style bedliner. some of the newer is urethane and/or kevlar fortified. also I used a self etching primer and am unsure if this was a mistake. looks awesome though.
