I'm pretty sure most toyota dealerships have never changed a set of spark plugs in a 2nd Gen tacoma because every time I've asked about the two different types of spark plugs the dealership guys look at me like they've just seen bigfoot...

That's not the insurance company. It's the salvage yard that the insurance company transferred the vehicle to.

So after doing all my searching and researching I finally climbed under my truck to see if I could find some play in my cv axel and/or bearing.

When I drive at highway speeds (110km/h) I get a "wering" sound like I have some aggressive mud tires on on the front driver side.

Here is a clip of my driver side cv axle...
    1) is this play normal? if not, does it need replacing?
    2) would this play cause the "wering" sound?
    3) how do I check for play in the bearing to see if that's the cause of the noise?

Because they probably don't look at what comes out. Even though they should, but they don't, Time = Money to them just like most paid IAW the Rate Labor manual mechanics.

Just got flowmaster 50 series dual exhaust installed, sounds pretty good and not too noisy unless at high RPM. On a side note something started squeaking on the rear driver side behind the tire, i tried tightening the u-bolts but they are tights and idfk what else it could be.. any suggestions cause it's driving me crazy
