Dunlop came with the truck and were 3/32 at 21k miles. Goners.

Hankook replaced those tires, they were pieces of shit. I had 6 separate tires (all brand new) and 10 tire appointments within 6 months, returned them all for full refund and bought the Cooper ATPs.

To be fair, I also lifted the truck 1.75" in the front and 2" in the rear at the same time. Even when I drive like an timid old man I can't break 20 MPG.

Flip it and it makes it that much harder for a thief to just unscrew it.

I got 23/24 like clockwork. Best of 28.

18/19 is annoying. I just added a new lift and currently working on burning through the first tank since install, and I'm driving like an old man. Hoping it doesn't get any worse.

Yeah I'd like to hear how this is affected. Couldn't imagine you losing so much with tires and the lift but then again I could be wrong.

Last truck used to get 11. :puke:

I don't mind 19 MPG. I just mind that 10 lbs of extra tire (each) and a mild lift beat my dick to the tune of 3-4 MPG.

    That part drives me nuts.

Next truck will likely be a full size. Maybe V6 4x4 Tacoma, but pre 2016.

I like it. Yes it's higher pitched and would probably sound better coming from a WRX or EVO, but it's probably twice as loud as the factory horns. I live in northern Virginia and will probably get to scare the shit out of dumb ass drivers every day.

Took her camping for the weekend, Watoga state park in WV. Logged 800 miles total trip, pulled my utility trailer so my dogs could have the whole bed and averaged 17mpg. Traveled on some very twisty roads and step grades, trans temp was at about 172-176 and highest I saw was 215* on an 8% climb on 64e and that was for about a mile or two. Truck was pulling hard though in 4th gear at 3k and 70mph. The mtns were beautiful, family had a great time and I saw two black bears! Also met up with my aunt there who surprised me with her new 2015 pyrite mica!

Yeah I have the tow package, so trans cooler is there. Once I was out of the mtns she started running in the 160* range, it was in the 90's today as well but I was surprised when she peaked at 215 only towing about 1500lbs.

Damn wish I had the legit tow package. A trans cooler would be really nice.

Yeah I couldn't imagine what the trucks without the tow pkg run for trans temps. It has to be pretty high when coming through the mtns. My taco was doing great though keeping up with traffic in the left lane so I wasn't stuck with all the 18wheelers in the right lane with Flasher's on creeping there way up.

Spent most my weekend installing three extra cameras for crawling (one front and two undercarriage) that display through the Entune display. A lot of work, but it turned out fantastic.
