So I had my first chance to sew on a long arm today. First iimpressions...
    my feet freakin HURT.
    my arms are KILLING me
I'm so thirsty. (next time I'm getting one of those "beer helmet" thingys to stay hydrated)
it took way longer than i though it would
it is way harder than i thought it would be...and i was going in with a plan of keeping it easy with just a squiggly line sort of pattern.

I'm exhausted. But I finished a quilt, maybe make a few mistakes, and I'm addicted. Can't wait to do another one!

Pics will follow once I do a little clean up.

Sorry the image is so small, but this is a window I soldered together today. Got a job at a stained glass studio last week. I have no idea what I'm doing, but apparently I've been doing it pretty well so :muscleflexing:

Got a dart board for my birthday from some friends. Used it for a few weeks and had a few hundred holes in the wall lol. Decided to make a backing.

Don't mind the yellow walls, I haven't finished my basement yet.

    Finished the pen order.
Black and White Ebony, Cocobolo (heart and sap wood), two African Blackwoods, Orange And Green Circuit Board.

The pens were made at the request of my oldest son to give as gifts for the groom's men in his wedding. IMG_20190330_111330.jpg

And I guess you could say I had a hand in making a couple of these. My oldest is the groom and my youngest is the redheaded Best Man.

After a few beers you’ll need a bigger backing. Hell, some will need it before the first brew.

They're pretty heavy; cat tested and approved! They've been on a ledge and we went on a trip. She knocked down some dishes and a chair... somehow... but not these haha.

I'd love to sell either one of these or I can make a custom one for you, feel free to message me :D
