Nice. What setup are you using? I've been wanting something a bit more long lasting than spray paint.

The harbor freight gun. The oven is a modified toaster oven, along with a homemade PID control box.

    A thing or two...
Were you running it with the out of box PID parameters? Your best bet is to run the controllers auto-tune function with the oven empty, which will run a routine to adjust the parameters for better control with your setup. It's also possible that you accidentally had it running in auto-tune which will massively overshoot and undershoot the set temperature a couple times before it stablizes.

Thanks for the information. Will check and see what mode the controller is in.

If it was in auto-tune, it should revert back to PID once the auto-tune function finished running.

It's cropped to be square, but it'll be a cross stitch of the artwork from an MTG card for my nerd corner

lol, in our gameroom my husband and I each have a side, this is behind my desk. The cross stitch will go between the shelves and the window. Still have a lot of binders to fill, but I'm getting there.

    WOW!!!

I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product. I can't say I've ever seen cross stitch like that.

Made a set of agility jump things for my wife's birthday to train our cattle dog mix. It's 1" PVC and is adjustable at 2" increments. The t for the cross pipe was cut so it will be easily knocked off.I made the pins out of some scrap stainless U bolts. I also repurposed some old drawer slide rollers for the detents.

Time to clean 2 projects for local Fathers Day gifts.

The truck was absolutely exhausting with designing and watching machine. I think the final results will be worth it. Going to try to talk customer into mounting to wood.

The 4jarena is being welded on a roping chute
