I was just going to have a guy re-upholster my bucket seats in my 06 sport, but he cannot get the insert fabric, only the gray side fabric. And it was going to cost $285 each seat. So, I want to just clean them as good as I can. Tuff Stuff stained them horribly.

    Anyone used something successfully?

    Thanks

Leather, wipe em off. I had the cloth leave a stain from bottled water. That's when I ordered my leather. You might try a diluted simple green solution. Good luck.

Oxyclean works wonders. I have used it for everything!! :D

But do the seats get dirty easily?

When I bought my truck I was not informed on an option that I wanted so to make up for it, the dealership had some kind of coating put on the entire interior...the headliner, the dash, seats, carpet, the ENTIRE car...outside too. If I were to buy it, the cost would be $1500.

With it came some kind of warranty. If for some reason anything got stained, the company would come out and clean it.

I had to replace my seat appolstry (spelling) in my Taco. I ordered a replacement from Toyota and installed it myself. Looked like new. I don't remember the price, but it was worth it.

As far as cleaning I have had very good results with Blue Coral Appolstry (spelling) Cleaner. It is so good I use it on my cars, home furniture and carpet. Spray it on, brush it in let it dry and vacuum.
    Viola!

I was so sick of my Grey Cloth...kids, coffee..I was always cleaning.

I ordered Leather Seatcovers I had seen on a FJ40 forum..You can install yourself..but I went to Tijuana and paid a shop $80 to install.. These things ROCK!. They have standard colors in stock but I ordered contrast and waited like 7 weeks.

I clean the seats with the rug doctors you can rent at hardware stores. I'll clean the carpets in my house and then go out to the car with the upholstery attachment. It does a great job.

I use Blue Magic/Corral or something like that and it works great too. Probably the same stuff.

Rug Doctor might be cheaper, easier and you can go it yourself. Most grocery stores have em available to rent for the day

The stuff in the tank at the end is pretty damn gross.
