I "overlanded" John Brown Canyon, La Sal, Moab and all the way back to the east in slip-ons. Had a proper pair of boots in-cab for hike/camp etc. Good tip about the smartwools lmao.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I have been overlanding in a kayak for 5 days in my chacos, boots stayed in the boat, and the smart wools got broken out each evening.
Pro Tip - bring twice as many socks as any other piece of your gear.

Yeah buddy! When you own a landscape biz, you gotta ball out. Or pay the man more taxes..one of the 2.
I got 4 of these bad boys, and they are money makers. You can easily make $250 in 1 hr with this on a commercial property.

Been hiking since forever - people heading out with me for the first time always give me crap about bringing extra socks on day hikes - usually only the first time.

I had some crocs like that which were awesome. They wore out after a few years and I have the Sanuk version now. They’re decent but the crocs soles were more comfortable.

Went to Uwharrie a few months back and forgot my slip ons! I was barefoot by the fire in February! No one was amused! I mean they were but they thought some shit was gonna go down! Don’t trust a barefooted man in the middle of the woods where no one can hear you scream! The dogs were livid! But I was cutting kindling with my toenails so that was useful. Just sayin!

Controversial take, most comfortable footwear is socks with sandals.

    Dang! What brand are they?

For my mowing on the side I've got a Toro 30" Timemaster and a hand me down Troy Bilt rider that I use occasionally.

It’s made by a company called Wright. One of the first innovators of ZeroTurn and Walk Behind commercial mowers. I can cut grass at speed that is up to my waist.
