    Canada Eh!
My biggest beef is that damn near every bolt (chassis) is seized and breaks, but I guess that goes for every old vehicle that goes thru 6 months of salt a year.

Oh and the rear frame section under the box...like seriously why not box the ENTIRE thing! 5000lb tow rating riding on 3/32" C channel??

No center console for storage and to use as an armrest. Has a small cushion fold out as an arm rest that I would have to lean over to use as an arm rest. Hell, my 86 model had a center console!

for the most part, it's been an amazing truck. mine doesn't have a clock...and the seats get uncomfortable on long trips. but really for a 98 it's an awesome truck. oh, and the starter that i had to replace. i'm pretty sure toyota built the engine around it...

The pos cup holders that dump any drink in them when you hit the brakes. Other than that I love the truck.

Can't believe that no one else has mentioned the stupid headrests! I hate how that hard metal bar inside somehow always manages to work its way through the foam. OUCH! Happened to both front seats in this truck and in the old '98. I'm using the 1s from the rear now, since I had to take them out to fit the kids car seats. See how long they last.

Both my '98 and now my '02 seem to eat O2 sensors for breakfast.

Cheap plastic bits, especially on the side of the driver seat.

The front cup holders suck, yeah, but I use the extra 1s under the rear seat sometimes.

The clock location is annoying, but if that's every1s big beef, than I wish I had your problems.

Yeah the oil filter location on the 2.7 is retarded. The 3.4 on my old 4runner was crap too but not near as bad as the 2.7.

The clock, the side step that makes finding a cheap(er) camper difficult, the rattling, and low MPG due to the hills.

edit: oh and that is only a 2 seater.

My '01 has a passenger side "A pillar handle", but not one on the drivers side. Makes me angry, and I want a drivers side one... Got a $38 quote from the stealership for just the handle and I really don't wanna get ripped off THAT much. I took the trim off and the frame is in fact drilled/tapped for handle mounting bolts.
Anyone know where I can get a handle and the surrounding A pillar trim?
