Do you not have the square cup holders to suffer with? Looks like you have the same year as me lol or maybe a 99.

    EDIT

Just noticed you're 2wd (and I got the 99 right, nailed it! haha) So you don't have to deal with the pain lol

That is my biggest fear going 4wd, to lose those 2 useful cup holders.

Just get an 01-04 console. Problem solved. I think I value this mod over my OME suspension. :)

I'm an 02 4wd.. I have cupholders that hold cups. I don't very often find a need for a drink holder that fits a bottle o jack, so these plastic circles do me right.

I think you have a bench seat is why we walking circles around each other. So no center console cup holders.

Yes, a bench seat is what I have. I do, however, have the split bench, which comes with 2 center console cup holders.

    1. Seats! I've been researching the right swap for a couple weeks now. I've sourced some 01 4runner seats but I'm trying to confirm they are the ones with the manual lumbar adjusters before driving to get them.
    2. Side mirrors. I can't believe no one else in this entire thread has complained about the tiny side mirrors. Yeah power would be nice but having better visibility is more important. Looking at some off an 01 4runner also.
    3. Weak transmission /valve body. Although it's lasted over 200k she's going to need some loving soon I'm afraid.
    4. Vibration /shaking off and on at highway speeds
Having said all of that it's a truck and a 16 year old truck at that but the the seats, cup holders and side mirrors I wasn't happy with from the first day I drove it. Otherwise I love this thing

    Two things:

    1. When I was wearing a sho r t sleeve shirt, it would catch on the arm rest. Kind of a Rebel Without a Cause moment.

    2. That I sold it. Damn I loved that truck.

My cup holders are in the dash above the hvac controls and work pretty good, other than make it a pain to get to hvac controls when in use

I don't like the frame rot and saggy rear springs. 93K and my 01 is pretty rough.
