Oil filter location for sure. I save all big boxes and use them for spillage for the driveway. Got to have kitty litter on hand too. Also, there is no way to fill the filter before you put it on since you have to basically wedge the fucking thing sideways through the suspension/frame parts. Who knows, maybe I do it wrong.

30 minutes for oil change, 40 for cleanup – lmao.

The oil filter doesn't bother me much.

The clock is kind of a pain in the ass.

Had some squeaking and squealing goin' on but figured out it was the a/c pulley. Replaced, tightened up the belts and good to go.

I wish there was a bed light so i could actually keep an eye on what I'm hauling at night.

Haven't had any problems with my parking brake or seatbelts yet *knock on wood*

i use an oil change as an excuse to break out the hi lift, take off the drivers side tire and an oil change is a breeze.

i keep blowing damn axle seals, thats the only thing i dislike

    I don't like that I don't have a locker (soon to change).

I don't like that all the 1st gen DC trucks are automatic (I still prefer Xtra cab, but still...).

Yep. Most significant and expensive-to-correct disappointment.

Whaaaa? Mine was shit when i got it at 101k miles. Terrible disappointment in a so-called TRD offroad truck.

Yup. The first time I did it, I went through the wheel well, which was easy on my 93 4-banger, which had torsion bar front suspension. Not so much on this truck. The second time (a couple weeks ago), I went in from the bottom with the skid plates removed. Much easier. I just stick a little soft plastic food tub (like a salsa cup) under the filter along with a rag when I undo it to catch the oil from the filter, then i can pull it out pretty easily without dripping (and this is 4wd). Don't need to fill the filter before you install, just fill the motor, start, stop, top up, done.

Oh, yeah, the f'ing Xtra cab pop-out window latches break. WTF?
