all it is is a damn testing and research facility. every corporation has one, but McDonalds doesn't shoot you out of the sky for stealing the recipe for the "special sauce" (its actually smurf poop). BMW and Volkvagen have special tracks that are closed off and heavily guarded. they aren't "no fly zones" cause lets face it, mercedes doesn't care enough about what BMW is doing to buy a spy plane and send it over the test track and then analyze the data. However, another country would have no problem doing that to another country. Like i said, every large organiztion has testing and research facilities, but since area 51 is a matter of national security, and government owned and funded and sanctioned, so they have the ability and the means to guard it tighter than my asshole in a gay pride parade. i feel sure its nothing sketchy and there are no aliens there, but what they do is top secret so they have no choice but to go to extremes to guard it. hell, i work at GE, and when the shareholders come here we have an armed security force large enough to invade Iran. we have gunmen on the roof, the boardroom is swept for bugs and we have special windows and blinds to keep those laser audio things from working. when our head ceo's travel over seas, they are guarded like president bush. so if corporations take those kinds of measures just to ensure they're ceo's aren't kidnapped or their laptops stolen or documents copied, i dont think its unusual for an unscheduled landing to raise the guards and blindfold the pilots at a top secret site

and as far as not admitting it exists, the government is weird that way. to my knowledge they still wont admit to the existence of Delta Force but we all know it exists. go figure....

    They store new aircraft there.
And test developmental weapons. I know the head of the private security there. The perimeter is protected by a branch of Wackenhut security.

ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, rear bumper, and skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
It was a low budget B rate Movie. Not very good IMO, much better movies out there.

Its also an area in the Nevada desert sandwiched between Area 50 and 52. Its where they keep bigfoot and all the other mythical creatures. I heard the Government gives free tours of the place.

We had dinner at the little AlieInn and spent the night at the "black mailbox" a couple years ago. The only strange thing we saw was a guy at the dinner that told us he stopped due to a flat tire 20 years ago and never left.
