I recently bought mine at 220K figuring it should have plenty of life left in it, even after the PO abused the hell out of it.

I have 312,000 on my '02. It runs like a champ. It has the 2.7L V4. Gas mileage is still pretty good. Have had a lot of work done...new frame (manufacturer recall) and replaced much of the rusted out parts while it was torn down, bit the engine is all original. Regular maintenance is done and oil change every 3,000.

hopefully your engine while running don't sound near anything like the 'o3 I just inspected here they are trying to move for $11k with half the miles you have and 5 prior owners

My V6 runs like a top! 5spd could do with a little TLC though. Have never rebuilt one before...how hard could it be?

great! I am curious too how much it actually is to totally rebuild the 3.4 having an independent certified Toyota mechanic to do it
if anybody does pay $11k for that one I mentioned it will probably easily become a $15k truck to get it working like I think it should

Well, I just watched almost half a video on how to rebuild the trans and I can safely say, I'm out, above my pay grade...dammit.

305K miles on a '97. Normal maintenance items belts, plugs, fluids, filters, brake pads, batteries, vacuum valves, light bulbs, timing belt w/water pump kit. Alternator, rotors & calipers, wheel bearings & seals, rear shocks, front bushings, valve cover gaskets. Still has original exhaust components. Never leaks oil from transmission, engine sump, transfer case, differentials. (PS I copy pasta'd most of this post...)

@GQ7227 I just replaced the OG radiator a few weeks ago, the hood finally caught and smashed the OEM.
