What is Leather on Tacoma and How to Make it Vegan

Pretty much everything on the truck is just plain nice, or graduates to the 'exceptional' category when off road.

If you replace the leather parts with non leather, what are you going to do with the old leather parts? I get ordering optional packages to reduce the amount of leather, but for whatever you can’t reduce, isn’t it more environmentally unfriendly to replace?

 

That’s what I like about the Tacoma, everything is well.......Pretty much normal.

 

What I was trying to say was that they taste pretty good. Friends and family who are non-vegan are usually impressed by the taste, and even sometimes like it better.

 

I don’t like that thickness in my hand. It’s too much.

 

Some things I agree, others I just need to flush immediately and cut out the middle man.

 

I don't think it's reasonable to kill them for food or leather, especially for humans, because there is lots of evidence from very respected sources that it is less healthy, environmentally harmful, and causes suffering to the animals. Honestly I'm not exactly sure about that question. Still trying to figure it out. On the one hand it is true that replacing leather parts with vegan parts will generate extra waste. Also, you might be supporting indirectly the leather industry by purchasing these products even used, perhaps. Not exactly sure. Normally I would move to another product but really like the Tacoma.
